Your institution submits the order through our secure client portal, selecting property type, report format (interior or exterior), and desired turnaround. Orders can be placed individually or in bulk.
The order is immediately assigned to a qualified agent from our vetted network based on proximity to the subject property, performance rating, current workload, and availability to meet the requested turnaround.
The assigned agent conducts the property inspection, gathers supporting market data and comparable sales, and completes the BPO report through our secure platform within the agreed timeframe.

We coordinate all necessary property preservation services — securing the property, winterization if applicable, lawn and debris maintenance, and any required utility management to protect the asset's condition and value.
A BPO is ordered to establish current market value. We assess needed repairs and rehabilitation, solicit bids, manage the repair process, and balance repair investment against projected sale proceeds.
We develop a targeted marketing plan and assign a seasoned REO listing agent from our vetted network — selected based on local expertise, REO experience, and proximity. The property is listed at a strategically determined price to optimize sale timeline and proceeds.
We manage all incoming offers, negotiate on behalf of your institution's objectives, coordinate inspections and due diligence, and oversee the escrow and closing process through to final sale and proceeds disbursement.
